On Paras Chhabra's podcast, the actress revealed that she had a debt of crores and she wanted to get out of all this, but could not find any way out. Rashmi said, "2017 was a period when I had to face many problems related to the family. I was very weak financially, you can say that I was at zero. I had a debt of crores. I could not understand how I would repay it. Then I was offered the show 'Dil Se Dil Tak'. The journey of that show was very interesting for me. " The actress told that whatever she used to get from the show, she used to save it for her future. She said, "But there are many other things to do apart from saving for the future. I did not know how I could use the things I had. I did not even have any investment plan." Rashmi said that she comes from a family where investment is not given importance. Therefore, she was not taught how to handle her money and prepare for her future. This is why she found it difficult to secure herself financially even though she has been working for so long.
