The Delhi High Court has given a big decision regarding Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The court has said that no website, YouTube channel, or online platform can use her name, picture, voice, or any kind of AI-generated content without her permission.
Justice Tejas Karia, while issuing an interim order, made it clear that the misuse of the identity of celebrities hurts their dignity and honor.
The Delhi High Court said that if a ban is not imposed immediately, it will not only cause financial loss but will also affect the social image of Aishwarya and her family.
