Another disadvantage of fame is that it becomes very difficult to move about among crowds. There were several instances when crowds gathered around actors, creating a commotion. This has been reported many times. In an interview conducted recently, Yusuf Ibrahim, the bodyguard of Shah Rukh Khan, spoke about such an incident that occurred at the Ajmer Dargah.

Yusuf, who was once Shah Rukh Khan's bodyguard, told Screen that he and his team accompanied Shah Rukh Khan to the Ajmer Sharif Dargah one Friday. When Shah Rukh Khan arrived, the crowd went out of control. He said, "There's only been one instance in my life when things have gotten out of control. We went to the Ajmer Sharif Dargah with Shah Rukh Khan on a Friday, around 12:30 p.m. It was prayer time. Ajmer is very crowded on Fridays."

He further explained, "Despite police intervention, the situation remained difficult to control. We were pushed inside the dargah and then taken back to the car. We couldn't even walk on our own. So, we had no control over anything. The police even resorted to lathi charge. There was a lot going on at that time. We just held Shah Rukh sir; we couldn't do much. There was pushing and shoving."

Speaking about Shah Rukh Khan's subsequent reaction, Yusuf explained that the superstar wasn't at all upset. He said, "He never said anything to me, scolded me, or reacted angrily. He understands; he's used to it. He knows that people's love for him can go to any lengths." He is very used to it.
