George Richmond was working on "Deadpool and Wolverine." Unfortunately, he got hurt in an accident while paragliding in Himachal Pradesh. Here comes a major news regarding his health.

On June 8th, he had suffered from a major cervical spine injury. He was saved by the rescue team on the morning of June 9th and taken to PGIMER Hospital in Chandigarh for treatment.

The doctors have confirmed that George Richmond is now conscious and in a stable condition. He can respond to any questions put before him and can also communicate with his wife. However, because of major spinal injuries, his body parts are partially paralyzed in both hands, while he has no mobility in his legs at all.

According to the preliminary medical report, he has suffered from a major spinal cord injury, with a fractured C1 vertebra and dislocated C5-C6 vertebrae, resulting in quadriplegia (loss of function of all four limbs).

A team of doctors performed surgery on him, removing the damaged disc and broken parts that were pressing on the nerves. Specialized plates and screws were then inserted to support his spine. Following the surgery, he has been kept in the ICU, and doctors are constantly monitoring his condition.
