Mumbai, Aug 5 — Actress Rakul Preet Singh has offered a light-hearted glimpse into her professional and personal bond with husband Jackky Bhagnani, saying their work partnership thrives on constant laughter and endless conversations about food.
In a collaborative Instagram post featuring a series of photographs with Bhagnani, she described their aligned synergy as making the experience of building something together both exciting and rewarding.
“People ask us what it’s like working together. The answer? Half the time we’re discussing work, the other half we’re laughing and discussing what to eat. It’s fun because I feel our synergy is aligned,” she wrote.
She added: “Building a life together is one thing. Building something you’re both excited about is a whole different experience.”
The couple announced their relationship in 2021 and married in an intimate ceremony in Goa in 2024.
On the professional front, Rakul Preet will next be seen as Surpanakha in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. Produced by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios and eight-time Academy Award-winning VFX studio DNEG in collaboration with Yash’s Monster Mind Creations, Ramayana: Part One is scheduled for release around Diwali 2026.
Jackky Bhagnani made his acting debut with Kal Kissne Dekha in 2009 and later appeared in films including F.A.L.T.U., Ajab Gazabb Love, Rangrezz, Youngistaan and Welcome To Karachi. In 2016 he produced Sarbjit with his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh under the banner Pooja Entertainment.
As a producer he most recently bankrolled Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, a science-fiction action film directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and starring Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The story follows two former soldiers racing against time to save India from an attack planned by a vengeful scientist.
Rakul Preet’s post highlights the easy, food-filled camaraderie that underpins both their personal life and professional collaboration.
