The actress Rashmika Mandanna has completed shooting the extensive underwater action sequence of her upcoming film titled "Mysaa." The producers claim that this is India's first-ever action sequence underwater, led by a female character, and the actress did not take help from any action stunt performer.

A behind the scenes look into the film was shared by the film's production team on their social media accounts. Actress Rashmika took around 20 hours underwater to complete the sequence.

Rashmika shared her experience shooting this scene on her Instagram Stories. Calling it the toughest challenge of her career so far, she wrote, 'I know I've been missing for a while, but this is what we're doing. This is the toughest thing I've ever done. We're very excited about it, and that's why I'm excited too. Let's begin.'

'Mysaa' is directed by Ravindra Pulle and produced by Unformula Films. The film is described as an emotional action thriller set in tribal areas. This is Rashmika Mandanna's first female-led pan-India action film and it will release in theatres in 2026.
