A person waving the Khalistani flag entered the stage of the concert of Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh in San Francisco causing an immediate commotion. This sudden action by the individual stunned the crowd temporarily.

This incident occurred during the live performance of Diljit at his concert on Friday when a person came out on stage carrying a flag. Security personnel at the venue responded to the situation immediately and arrested him.

Despite the incident, Diljit Dosanjh did not stop his show. Once the individual was removed, Diljit resumed his performance and continued entertaining the audience with his dancing. Throughout the show, he focused on entertainment and a message of connecting people.

It is being reported that this incident might be linked to recent threats received on social media. Certain radical groups, such as 'Sikhs for Justice' (SFJ), had been protesting against Diljit's appearances in mainstream Indian media.

Diljit has previously made it clear that anyone who harasses his fans or attempts to disrupt the show will be removed with the help of local authorities.

This incident took place as Diljit Dosanjh's North American 'Aura World Tour 2026' was drawing to a close. The final shows of the tour were held on June 20 and 21, 2026, at the Chase Center in San Francisco.
