There have been many reactions to the loss of veteran actor Bharat Kapoor from the Bollywood fraternity. Many celebrities showed their condolences in their own way. Director Ashoke Pandit also remembered the deceased and described him as an accomplished actor. According to Pandit, Bharat Kapoor had a good memory.
Speaking to ANI, Ashoke Pandit described Bharat Kapoor as a brilliant actor and human being. He said that as an actor, he remembered his dialogues very well and his acting was also excellent. He worked with him in all three formats: film, theater, and television.
Therefore, this is a huge loss for the film industry. He was also ill for a long time. He was truly a wonder in front of the camera. He was always calm and memorized his lines whenever he was in front of the camera. He could memorize 8-10 pages of text.
Because of his calm nature, it didn't seem like he would play a negative character. He had a very gentle face, but when he appeared on stage, in cinema, or on television, he truly wrought magic with his acting.
Actor Avtar Gill, who was close to Bharat Kapoor, confirmed the news of the actor's death to ANI yesterday. Gill said, "He had been ill for the past two or three days. He was at home. He passed away around 3 p.m. I received a call from his son around 4-4:30 p.m. He had stopped working for quite some time."
The actor's funeral was held on Monday evening in the presence of family members and close friends. Bharat Kapoor began his acting career in 1972 and worked for nearly four decades. He was known for his strong supporting roles and villain roles.
