Medha Manjrekar, a famous Indian actress and wife of filmmaker and actor Mahesh Manjrekar, claims that she is suffering from cancer. This announcement came through her Instagram post where she revealed this news emotionally. Medha told about her treatment and thanked all those people who supported her in this tough situation.
Medha put up a lengthy post on Instagram along with several pictures from the hospital. Medha has completed the first round of her treatment.
Recalling this experience, she decided to focus on the kindness and love she received during this journey, rather than the disease itself. She wrote, "As one phase of my treatment ends and my birthday approaches, I'm looking back. Not at the diagnosis, the surgery, the chemotherapy, or the radiation, but at the grace and love I received. Looking back, I realize that these weren't mere coincidences. They were God's way of holding my hand. During this journey, I realized that God doesn't always appear before us in a divine form.
He came into my life in the form of my teachers, doctors, nurses, family, friends, and even people who were once strangers but later proved to be a blessing to me."
Medha also thanked those who cared for her during her treatment. She wrote, "Even when I lost my appetite due to the treatment, someone always knew what I could eat. A box of dhokla. Soft idlis."
