Mumbai: Actress Priyanka Chopra marked brother-in-law Joe Jonas’s birthday with a light-hearted post on social media.
She shared a photograph with Joe on her Instagram Stories in which she appeared mid-conversation with the singer and actor, who was laughing. Her caption read: “FYI, it was not supposed to be funny, @joejonas. Happiest birthday bro.”
Nick Jonas also posted a few stills from a Pokémon-themed party for his brother. The images showed the Jonas brothers, Priyanka and other family members among Poké Ball balloons and Pokémon cards, including a custom-made card for Joe. Wishing him, Nick wrote: “Gotta catch ’em all. We love you @joejonas happy birthday brother.”
Kevin Jonas shared snippets from the celebration with the caption: “Epic celebration for an epic brother. We love you @joejonas.”
Priyanka and Nick married in December 2018 at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur in ceremonies that followed both Hindu and Christian traditions. They welcomed their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, through surrogacy on January 15, 2022.
On the professional front, Priyanka will appear as the leading lady in S.S. Rajamouli’s Varanasi, which stars Mahesh Babu. She plays Mandakini, a historian who accompanies Rudhra (Mahesh Babu) on a mission to save the city of Varanasi from an asteroid named Shambhavi.
