Audiences are looking forward to the upcoming film from Ranbir Kapoor called Ramayana. Many believe that this could be the costliest production ever made in Hindi films. Once the appearance of Ranbir Kapoor from the film was released, audiences are dying to know everything regarding the film. The film is getting a lot of hype due to various aspects like the cast, scale, and visual effects of the film. Now, Ravi Dubey, who will be playing Lakshman, has addressed the audience regarding the expectations from the film.

In a recent conversation with ANI, Ravi Dubey spoke about the film and the process of making it. He stated that India and the 'Ramayana' are inseparable; they are one and the same. As for the preparations, he noted that they would discuss that later.

"It is our history and our heritage, and we will strive to do justice to it to the best of our ability. It has been a magnificent experience." Speaking on what the audience should expect, Ravi Dubey said, "We are making this film with utmost reverence. You, too, should await it with reverence."

The first look-or teaser-of 'Ramayana' was released earlier this year. It featured Ranbir as Lord Ram and offered glimpses of the demons he battles, as well as a look at Ravana and various battle scenes. The teaser received a mixed response.

While many praised Ranbir in the role of Ram, the VFX of such a massive film faced criticism. Since then, many have been awaiting the next update, hoping that the VFX work has been improved. The makers have also spoken about working on the VFX.

Nitesh Tiwari is directing 'Ramayana', and Namit Malhotra is producing it. The film will be made in two parts; the first part is scheduled for release this Diwali, while the second part is planned for release on Diwali next year-specifically, in 2027.

In the film, Ranbir Kapoor will appear as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Ravana, Sunny Deol as Hanuman, and Ravi Dubey as Lakshman. The film's music has been composed jointly by Hans Zimmer and A.R. Rahman.
