Hansika Motwani became one of the top news stories recently with the reports coming about her divorce from her husband, Sohail Kathuria. Hansika is now speaking about the divorce after one month since she separated from Sohail. They had a lot of talks going on regarding the divorce, but Hansika insists that she is not interested in the rumors going around.
In a recent conversation with Hotterfly, Hansika Motwani spoke openly about the ongoing discussions surrounding her personal life. She said that people wanted sensational news, and they got it. They wanted headlines, and they got it. I have never clarified this, nor will I, because it doesn't matter to me.
Everything is fine. I have no regrets. If you're on the wrong path, it's better to get off it than to suffer. I'm in a better place emotionally after the separation and am focusing on my well-being rather than worrying about public opinion.
Reiterating her stance, Hansika said that matters related to the separation will remain confidential. It's best to keep such matters between the concerned individuals. Even during this difficult time, my mother and brother stood by me unconditionally. After the divorce, Hansika went to Japan with her family to relax and refresh herself.
Hansika and Sohail married in December 2022 in a grand ceremony at the Mundota Fort and Palace. Their wedding was later depicted in a drama series titled "Hansika's Love Shaadi," which aired on Jio Hotstar in 2023.
On the work front, Hansika was last seen in the 2024 film "Guardian," directed by Sabari and Guru Saravanan. The film received mixed reviews from audiences and critics. She also appeared as a judge on the Telugu dance show "Dhee Celebrity Special 2" and will soon be seen in the upcoming Telugu film "Nasha."
