“Bigg Boss 20” has introduced its first wild card contestant. TV actor Manish Goel entered the house during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, bringing a new dynamic to the season. He met host Salman Khan on stage first, and the two played a prank on the housemates by making them believe he was there to promote an upcoming project.
His First Opinions
Entering as a wild card gave Manish an early chance to share his views on the contestants. Speaking about Mahhi Vij, he called her “calculative.” She did not seem upset and appeared excited to see him, since the two have known each other for many years.
Who Could Be Next?
The makers are reportedly planning another entry in Sunday’s episode, though no name has been officially announced. Recent promos have led to speculation that content creator Nakul Dhull, known as “Mitthu Don,” could join. This remains speculation until the channel confirms it.
According to the report, Dhull, an engineering graduate from Faridabad, Haryana, recently drew controversy after videos of him making derogatory remarks about women went viral. In one clip, he is said to have used the phrase “lower gender.” These allegations come from viral videos cited in the report, and the report does not include a response from him.
Who Is Manish Goel?
Manish is a familiar face on Indian television, with shows such as “Anupama,” “Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki,” “Kasauti Zindagi Ki,” “Devi,” “Ayushmaan Bhava” and “Hamari Wali Good News.” He also appeared with his wife Poonam Narula in the first season of the celebrity dance show “Nach Baliye,” and in reality shows including “Zara Nachke Dikha,” “Se Shava Shava” and “Ustadon Ka Ustad.” In 2013, he won the celebrity cooking show “Welcome - Baazi Mehmaan Nawazi Ki.”
Why It Matters
Wild cards often reshape alliances in a season, and an entrant who already knows a housemate can create instant tension or support. Manish’s early opinion on Mahhi, delivered with a prank-led entrance, points to a lively few weeks. A second entry could add more volatility, especially if the rumoured name is confirmed.
