In a recent conversation with 'Humans of Bombay', Kriti Sanon discussed the types of roles she wishes to explore in the future. She revealed that watching the psychological drama 'Obsession' inspired her to rethink her approach to selecting scripts. Reflecting on the film's impact, Kriti said, "When I watched 'Obsession', I thought, 'Oh my God, I need to stop playing it safe. I need to do something different.' It really got me excited."

Kriti Sanon wants to play the role of a 'psycho' girl. The actress also credited stars like Zendaya, whose brilliant performances and courage in tackling difficult roles have inspired her. Kriti expressed a desire to portray characters vastly different from her own real-life personality, stating, "I want to play an unhinged character."

Kriti Sanon added, "I don't want to play it safe when it comes to roles. As an actress, it is thrilling to live a life completely different from your own and to explore a person you are not.
