Director Vikramaditya Motwani had cast Ananya Pandey in the lead role of the film 'CTRL'. The film was released on Netflix and some revelations were made by the director. He told that he had thought of a different ending for the film. He shared his views on the possible sequel of the film. He said that in the first draft of the story, he had thought of doing a different ending.
Vikramaditya Motwani, on the question of a sequel to the second part of the film said, "Maybe I don't know, but I don't believe in sequels. I think, in Naila's case, she is ruined. She has gone into the same pit again." He added that in the beginning the story did not match with its ending and in view of these problems they changed the ending. He said, "We realized why would anybody in his right mind stream or shoot it, and so we very quickly changed it.".
