A few years after it was shelved, Sanjay Leela Bhansali's "Inshallah" is reportedly back in discussion. According to reports, the director has resumed work on the film and has made several changes to the story. The makers have not made any official announcement, so the revival remains unconfirmed.
What Happened to "Inshallah"?
Bhansali announced the film in 2019, with Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. It was meant to reunite Salman and the director after two decades, since their last collaboration was the 1999 film "Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam." The makers had planned a 2020 release. The project was later shelved due to creative differences between the two.
