The world, including fans in India, is eagerly awaiting the release of the Harry Potter TV series. The makers have shared a poster on social media, saying that the first look of the series will be out tomorrow.
They have also shared the first look image on Instagram. In the image, we see Harry, played by Dominic McLaughlin, from behind, wearing a Harry Potter costume, walking in the snow in a long cloak. They have also shared that the first teaser trailer of the series will be out on Wednesday.
The 'Harry Potter' TV series will feature a fresh take on seven of J.K. Rowling's novels. These novels have sold over 600 million copies worldwide. The eight films based on them have generated significant revenue. Each season of the TV series will feature one of these seven books. Veteran director Mark Mylod will direct several episodes.
John Lithgow will play Headmaster Albus Dumbledore in the series. Arabella Staunton will play Hermione Granger. Alastair Stout has been cast as Ron Weasley. Janet McTeer will star as Professor Minerva McGonagall, and Nick Frost will appear as Hagrid.
It's worth noting that the Hollywood series "Harry Potter," based on J.K. Rowling's novels, was a worldwide hit. The first installment, starring Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson, was released in 2001. Eight subsequent installments followed. Now, the makers are developing a TV series based on it.
