Currently, Actor Kartik Aaryan is in the news for his upcoming film, "Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri." At the same time, he has purchased an office in Mumbai's Andheri West area. The actor, along with his parents, Mala Tiwari and Manish Tiwari, purchased this office space in Mumbai, valued at ₹13 crore.
According to property registration documents, Kartik's office deal was registered in September 2025. The office project is named "Signature by Lotus." It measures approximately 1,905 square feet (carpet area) and 2,095 square feet (built-up area). It also has parking for three cars. Approximately ₹7.8 million in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration fees were paid for this purchase.
Kartik Aryan has become one of the industry's most renowned actors. He made his debut in 2011 with the film "Pyaar Ka Punchnama." He has since starred in films like "Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2," "Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety," "Luka Chuppi," "Pati Patni Aur Woh," "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2," and "Satyprem Ki Katha." "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2" significantly increased his popularity.
Kartik is currently busy preparing for his upcoming film, "Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri."
