Athiya and Rahul greeted their first child, their daughter, on March 24, 2025. Both have named their daughter Karan, along with sharing the name through a cute photograph on social media. Athiya has given her daughter the name 'Evara', meaning gift of Ishwar.

In this picture, father Rahul is seen holding his daughter in his lap and Athiya standing next to him is seen looking at her lovingly.
