Love What You Do, and You'll Never Work a Day: Sukoon on Her Passion for Acting

 Daily soaps are nothing less than a full-time job, but when you love your job, it becomes more fun and less work. And the same is true for actor Sukoon, who is seen as Anusha in Ravindra Gautam and Raghuvir Shekhawat’s Dahej Daasi, which is produced under their banner Do Dooni 4 Films. The actress says that though being on a daily soap hardly allows for long vacations, she doesn’t mind it, because her job is all that she has wanted ever since she was a child.
 
"I have always wanted to become an actor since my childhood, so I don’t generally crave any holiday, so I would love to answer this question with the hook line of this song. I am on vacation every single day because I love my occupation,” she said.
 
A self-confessed night owl, she doesn’t even mind doing night shoots. “I love doing night shoots,and when you’re dedicated enough,you don’t feel sleepy at all. In fact, I am a night owl, so I prefer doing night shoots,” she said.
 
And though Sukoon agrees that a daily soap does mean a daily grind and that it can be physically very exhausting, especially with the summer heat, she feels a good meal can fix all that.
 
“If you take a proper meal, you won’t feel any exhaustion, sleep, or whatever. It’s just that you need to know how to manage and maintain your body, and moreover, When you want to make the dinner of your audience finger-licking for them,you start enjoying your character and don’t feel any kind of enervation,” she ended.
