Mahua Moitra admits having crush on Pankaj Tripathi, says, 'wrote many letters, wanted to drink coffee together'

Politician Mahua Moitra has shocked people with one of her confessions. Mahua Moitra is famous for her fiery speeches and debates in Parliament. This confession of Mahua differs a bit from her public persona. She has admitted that she has a crush on actor Pankaj Tripathi.

Talking to India Today, Mahua talked about her favorite Bollywood film. She said, 'I have seen the Munna Bhai series. I would like to watch it again. I have seen Vicky Donor and I liked this film very much. I love Pankaj Tripathi. I have seen the Mirzapur series. I also wrote a letter to him, he never replied to it, but yes I wrote him a letter. He is my crush. I think he is the coolest actor. I like his negative roles too. I liked him in Mirzapur and Gangs of Wasseypur too.'

When asked what she had written in the letter, she said, 'I had written that I am a big fan of yours. I want to have coffee with you. However, he lives in Alibaug and does not meet anyone for coffee.'

Mahua is such a big fan of Pankaj Tripathi that she even asked fellow MP and actor Ravi Kishan to arrange a conversation with him. Ravi arranged a phone conversation between Mahua and Pankaj.
