Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt are one of the most successful producer-director duos of Bollywood. The brotherly duo has together presented several blockbuster movies to the industry. However, in 2021, both brothers, who produced movies together for around three decades under the Vishesh banner, became separate. For the first time after separation, Mukesh Bhatt has spoken about his brothers, Mahesh Bhatt and Vikram Bhatt, sharing his relationship with them and the reason for the split.
In a recent conversation with Lehran Retro, Mukesh Bhatt said that their separation was beneficial for both of them. Regarding the separation, Mukesh said, "I have no bitterness towards him. I don't know what he thinks of me, but I don't hold any such bitterness. He is innocent, and people had vested interests in trying to separate these brothers. I don't give in to anyone's words. Mahesh Bhatt is my God, he is my elder brother. I love him very much and always will. I'm not saying this in passing, I'm saying it from my heart. I pray for his respect, love, and happiness because he is a very good person."
Mukesh Bhatt further stated that no matter how good a person is, everyone has flaws. His flaw is that he is easily influenced and he got carried away by them. Mukesh Bhatt also responded to Vikram Bhatt's allegations that he exploited him. Mukesh Bhatt said, "Say whatever you want; I won't name anyone. Tell Vikram Bhatt to look within himself and listen to his conscience." He will get the answer whether he is right or wrong.
