From the title to the storyline, actor Priyank Tatariya says that people will love Janani – AI ki Kahani. The actor, who plays the role of Yogesh Sharma in the MAJ Productions, adds that he loves being part of the show. The show airs on Dangal TV
“It’s a very unique and catchy title for the audience and people will love it. Janani means mother and it brings a lot of emotions. It’s about science, with emotions, drama and family. We have heard people saying that Indian television is regressive and this is a new trial from our side to get fresh stories with emotions and technology, people cannot complain and they should watch. The way a robot has been used and how the drama is created will be scene.”
Talking about his character, he says, “I play the character of Yogesh Sharma, Tara (Prapti)'s uncle. His character is opposite his personality, he is a joru ka gulam, and the daughters in the show are troublemakers for Yogesh. Yogesh cannot say anything to anyone neither wife, nor mother or daughters.”
He adds, “I don't relate to the character and I am getting to play what I am not and that is the reason I agreed to this character.” The AI wave is here to stay, he says, adding, “AI is the latest technology and it is being used already a lot. We cannot imagine where it all can be used and it is going to be revolutionary in years to come.”
Talking about working with Abhigyan and Mrinal Jha, he says, “This is my second show with them after Pischachini. That was all drama, fantasy, and VFX and the same is true with this show Janani. There is drama, comedy, emotions. I knew this was going to be a good show when I heard about it, Abhigyan sir gives the liberty to perform without any pressure and gives creative liberty. The atmosphere is very light and free so it gives the actor the time and energy to perform well.”
