Saurabh Shukla Talks Investing, Savings and Life Lessons at GMF 2025

Organized by AAFM India and Amar Ujala Bonus, the Growth Multiplier Finfest & Awards 2025 ended on Saturday in the presence of Union Road and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari and film actor Saurabh Shukla. On this occasion, over two days, leaders of the BFSI sector sat to discuss ways to further scale up their involvement in this fast-expanding economy of India.

Equity giants Rachit Khandelwal and Chandan Taparia presented their arguments on the merits and appropriateness of investing in equities. Commodity giants Ajay Kedia and Jaiprakash Gupta also spoke in favor of commodities.

Bollywood actor Saurabh Shukla spoke openly with Amar Ujala about understanding money, investing, and saving, sharing some interesting anecdotes. He said he never had time to appreciate money because it didn't come in. He said he was a brilliant commerce student and didn't know about debit and credit. Now, all he knows about finance is not to put all his eggs in one basket. He said that humor is the most effective medicine for overcoming sorrow. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, who was the chief guest at the event, shared his thoughts on India's roadmap.
