Jitendra, an 83-year-old actor, and two businesses of his family have sold Andheri land in Mumbai to NTT Global Data Centers. It is being said that the property sold includes about 2.39 acres of land. This land currently houses Balaji IT Park, which has three buildings, and the total built-up area is about 4.9 lakh square feet. According to media reports, the deal involved a stamp duty of Rs 8.69 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000, and the actor's family got Rs 855 crore, which is the price of the land sold. However, there has been no official response from actor Jitendra on this matter yet.
