During the premiere of "Lockup," Akanksha spoke openly about her relationship. She said that things aren't bad between her and Gaurav, and that they still talk, but they don't see a future together, so they've decided to separate.

On the work front, Akanksha has appeared in shows like "Santoshi Maa," "Yeh Hai Aashiqui," and "Crime Patrol." Akanksha and Gaurav Khanna married in 2016. They met during an audition, which is where their love story began. They married on November 24, 2016, in a three-day ceremony in Kanpur.
