Kajal said, "This experience was completely new because the film uses amazing technology. India has never seen a film like this before. As artists, we are also doing something like this for the first time. This is our country's own story, so it is very close to our hearts."

According to media reports, the cost of making both parts of "Ramayana" is approximately ₹4,000 crore. With this budget, it has joined the list of the world's most expensive films. The makers have decided to release the film in two parts. The first part of "Ramayana" will be released this year on Diwali 2026 and the second part on Diwali 2027.
