Nitesh Tiwari's movie 'Ramayana' has been making huge news in India ever since its announcement. The newly released teaser reveals that Ranbir Kapoor will be playing the role of Lord Ram, while Yash will play Ravana. Actress Kajal Aggarwal who plays Mandodari has revealed the magnificence of this movie.

According to a report in Variety India, Kajal Aggarwal said that working on 'Ramayana' was a very different and unique experience from all her previous work. She said that the technology used to make this film and the emotions associated with it were very special for the entire team.

Kajal said, "This experience was completely new because the film uses amazing technology. India has never seen a film like this before. As artists, we are also doing something like this for the first time. This is our country's own story, so it is very close to our hearts."

Kajal Aggarwal plays Ravana's wife Mandodari in the film "Ramayana." Her words have further increased audience curiosity about the film. This film is considered one of the biggest films in the history of Indian cinema. It is being made in two parts and is considered the most expensive film ever made in India.

According to media reports, the cost of making both parts of "Ramayana" is approximately ₹4,000 crore. With this budget, it has joined the list of the world's most expensive films. The film's producer, Namit Malhotra, says that the film is being made to compete with major Hollywood films like "Lord of the Rings" and "Avatar," so that it can be liked worldwide.

The makers have decided to release the film in two parts. The first part of "Ramayana" will be released this year on Diwali 2026 and the second part on Diwali 2027.
