Rajat Bedi recently appeared in the series "The Baddies of Bollywood," directed by Aryan Khan. The actor is known for his brilliant villainous role in the 2003 film "Koi Mil Gaya." The actor shared an incident from the film that often haunts him.
Recently, actor Rajat Bedi participated in an interview with News 18. During the interview, he spoke openly about a scene that still deeply affects him. He explained, "I wasn't a mature actor before, not even when I was doing "Koi Mil Gaya." There was a scene in the film that Rakesh Roshan wanted me to do. It was my scene, and when I say that, I mean it was a scene between me and Duggu (Hrithik Roshan), where my dialogues ate him."
Rajat Bedi also spoke about producer Rakesh Roshan's guidance. He said, "I took a few takes, during which Rakeshji told me what changes I should make so I could try new ways of speaking my dialogues. Eventually, he agreed to the shot, but that incident still stings me deeply. It hurt me a lot." He added, "Later, he sat me down and said, 'Rajat, do you know that scene was yours? In that scene, you were supposed to eat Duggu, but you didn't.' I was heartbroken that day. I didn't have the maturity to understand those things."
Rajat Bedi had been away from films for a long time, but he recently made a strong comeback with Aryan Khan's web series "Bads of Bollywood." His work in the series was highly praised, and interestingly, the show referenced Rajat's real life, where he had been without work in the industry for years.
