Dr. Ranjana Jha, who was born on the 31st of October in the year 1986, hails from a tiny obscure village of Narangi Satgaon, Guwahati, Assam. The power of determination coupled with hard work and resilience proved significant in transforming her life from then to now. She's someone who took birth in humble beginnings, and now today she is an even more powerful identity concerning education, interior design, and social work, and was honored as the Super Woman 2025 Title Achiever in the Businesswoman Category.

Early Struggles and Entrepreneurial Spirit

Dr. Jha was born into a lower-middle-class family, and all the odds were against her during her early times. She completed her schooling from Army School, Narangi, and Kendriya Vidyalaya, Narangi. However, during her graduation at Handique Girl's College, her father fell seriously ill, and she had to suspend her studies; she took over her father's small grocery shop and not only managed it single-handedly but also turned it into a profitable concern-making a name for herself in Satgaon, then troubled by frequent terrorist activities. Her resilience and business acumen during this time laid the foundation for her later success and recognition as the Super Woman 2025 Title Achiever.

A Self-Made Professional with Unwavering Determination

In 2009, she moved to Bangalore to resume her education and completed her graduation from INIFD while working part-time. Her talent was quickly recognized, and she got a job from SSAP Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. in her second year. In 2011, she became a member of the MG Road Metro Station design team-a milestone in her professional journey. After her marriage in 2012 to Mr. Keshav Kumar Jha, she relentlessly carried forward her career, even in rural Bhilai, significantly contributing to the Little Bird Academic School's development as an administrator.

In 2025, her relentless pursuit of excellence and empowerment was rewarded when she was bestowed with the Super Woman 2025 Title in the Businesswoman Category, further cementing her legacy as a trailblazer in the fields of business, education, and social work.

Champion of Education and Women Empowerment

Having returned to Bangalore in 2014, Dr. Jha returned to SSAP as a Senior Architect and Interior Designer. While working full-time and caring for a toddler, she got her MBA with distinction in 2015. An Estate and Admission Officer at the Bangalore Technological Institute, she was instrumental in increasing college admissions, particularly in Bihar and Jharkhand, where she was the first woman to conduct solo marketing tours in this field. Her work brought national attention, including interviews for BAAT AAP KI and Raftaar Media. In 2024, she was awarded a Doctorate in Education Counselling & Social Work by Euro Asia University.
