Court held Aditya Pancholi guilty in assault case, actor got relief from jail sentence
Aditya Pancholi: In the year 2005, actor Aditya Pancholi beat up one of his neighbors. A police complaint was lodged against him in this case. Now, in this case, the court has given relief to actor Aditya Pancholi from a jail sentence. But the actor has definitely been found guilty in this case and it has been upheld.

In the year 2005, Aditya Pancholi attacked his neighbor in a parking case. The court in the case sentenced Aditya to prison for a year. Now, the prison sentence in his case has been withdrawn, thanks to good conduct, and the same reprieve was received by the actor Aditya Pancholi.
A sessions court in Mumbai found Aditya Pancholi guilty in the 2005 case of assault in the parking area. The year's prison sentence, awarded to the actor by the magistrate, in this case, has, however, been amended. Aditya Pancholi, based on his good conduct, has been ordered to be released on bond.
The sessions court has also ordered 59-year-old actor Aditya Pancholi to pay compensation to the victim of the assault case, Prateek Pashine. Actor Aditya will give compensation of Rs 1.5 lakh to the victim. The victim, Prateek, is Aditya's neighbor. In 2005, Aditya and Prateek had a fight over parking, in which Aditya beat Prateek, in this assault Prateek was seriously injured.
Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate found Aditya Pancholi guilty in the assault case in November 2016 and sentenced him to one-year imprisonment i.e. jail. Aditya Pancholi had appealed against the sentence in this case. Additional Sessions Judge DG Dhoble on Thursday partially accepted Pancholi's appeal against the magistrate's order and said that he does not need to serve the jail sentence.
Aditya Pancholi has been involved in many controversies before. Kangana Ranaut had also accused him of harassing, imprisoning her in the house, and assaulting her a few years ago.
