In the midst of all these rumors surrounding his personal life, Govinda has released a statement to the internet community and the content creators, advising against spreading defamatory information about him or his family.

As reported by IANS, this statement is in regard to photos, videos, audio, images, and other content generated with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

By issuing this statement, Govinda made it clear that he has not authorized anyone to create or edit his personal and family information using AI.

According to the notice, action will be taken against those who violate the rules. This includes defamation, privacy violations, misuse of identity, and cybercrime. It cites relevant sections of the Information Technology Act, 2000. The notice also states that Govinda can seek various court orders against the offenders. Govinda warned that those found guilty could face damages of up to ₹100 crore.

The notice also calls for action against YouTube channels and social media accounts accused of deliberately spreading misleading or false news about the actor. Citing past experiences, Govinda expressed concern that these reports are deliberate attempts to damage his public image.

This public notice clearly indicates that Govinda wants to stop the spread of unverified news and rumors related to his personal life on social media platforms. Talking about work, Govinda was last seen in the film 'Rangeela Raja' released in 2019.
