Shot simultaneously in Kannada and English, Toxic is designed as a cross-market release with localized dubs in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam.The narrative centers around a complex dark action drama following factional dynamics within a historical port setting.

The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) recently granted Toxic an 'A' (Adults Only) classification with minimal modifications, clearing the path for its worldwide theatrical debut on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
