According to Fox News Digital, the Ventura County District Attorney's Office spokesperson reported that Daniel Stern allegedly committed the offense in a motel located in Camarillo on the 10th of December. He was charged on the 12th of January. His first appearance in court, which was set for the 13th, was rescheduled for the 6th of February.
Stern is best known for his role as "Wet Bandit" Marv in the 90s Christmas classic "Home Alone." His character was one of two criminals who broke into the McCallister family's Chicago home to steal it.
