'I understand, there is some game going on', Anup Jalota's clarification on his name being linked with Jasleen

Anup Jalota appeared in the hit reality show 'Bigg Boss 12'. Actress Jasleen Matharu also appeared in the show. In the show, Jasleen hogged all the limelight by discussing her relationship with Anup. Anup Jalota and Jasleen Matharu had appeared as a love pair in the show. Now this has been made clear by Anup Jalota.

Bhajan and Ghazal singer Anup Jalota has finally made a huge revelation about the news of his affair with Jasleen who is 31 years junior to him. In fact, in 'Bigg Boss 12', Salman Khan invited Jasleen into the show as Anup's 'romantic' partner. Jasleen herself announced on the Bigg Boss stage that she has been dating Anup for three years.

Anup Jalota says that he himself was not participating in Bigg Boss. For this, Jasleen's father persuaded him. Anup Jalota said in a conversation with 'The Lallantop', 'If you listen to her (Jasleen) singing, you will find that she is very talented. She used to come to me to take singing lessons. She once told me that she has got an offer for Bigg Boss. I said that this is very good, you will get recognition. Then she used to do group dance and sing'.

Anup Jalota further said that initially he refused to participate in Bigg Boss. But his father persuaded him. He further said, 'There was a condition that you can come that season only as a 'unique couple'. I asked her to take Sukhwinder ji, but she told me that he had refused. I also refused saying I don't have time. There were so many concerts. Her father came and convinced me. I said yes, but only on one condition that we will go as Guru and disciple, then she agreed'.

Anup Jalota further said that he was surprised when Jasleen Matharu said in 'Bigg Boss 12' that they have been romantically involved for three years. 'I went on stage and met Salman Khan. Then, Jasleen was welcomed as my partner. I told him that she is my disciple. When Salman asked if she is my disciple, she said that she has been in a relationship with me for three years. I thought, 'What has happened? This was not happening'. Anup said that he realized that this has been done for drama effect. He said, 'I was shocked, but I thought it could be a part of the game. Someone must have taught him to say this. When we were going inside, I asked him about it. I understood that this is a game or Bigg Boss people must have said this, it is a rumour. I never confronted him'.
