In an interview with Gulf News, Will Smith spoke about Shah Rukh Khan, acknowledging his stardom and global influence. The actor revealed that he has personally approached Shah Rukh Khan, saying, "I want Shah Rukh to cast me in something." Will Smith's open praise has once again sparked discussions about his potential collaboration with Shah Rukh Khan.
Will Smith also discussed previous attempts to work with other Bollywood legends. He revealed that he was previously in talks with Salman Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, but those conversations didn't lead to a film. With a mix of honesty and humor, he said, "I was talking to Salman. I was trying to do something with Big B. A few things have happened over the years, but nothing worked out."
Will Smith is preparing for the release of "Pole to Pole with Will Smith," a high-energy series that follows him challenging himself physically and mentally in difficult terrain around the world over 100 days.
Shah Rukh Khan is currently busy shooting for "King," directed by Siddharth Anand. The film also stars Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, and several other actors. It is expected to be released this year or next.
