Famous rapper Tory Lanez was fatally attacked in jail, stabbed 14 times; Know how is his condition now

News of a knife attack on popular rapper Tory Lanez inside a jail in California is emerging. This news has been provided from the Instagram account of Tory Lanez himself. Tory Lanez, whose hit single is 'Traphouse', has been left in a critical condition following this attack. Tory had been sentenced to 10 years for shooting to death rapper Megan Thee Stallion in the year 2020.

A post and story have been shared on Tory Lanez's Instagram account. Describing the incident, it is written, "Tory was stabbed 14 times. In which he has 7 wounds on his back, 4 wounds on the torso, 2 wounds on the back of the head and 1 wound on the left side of the face. After the attack, both his lungs had stopped working and he was put on a ventilator. Now he is breathing on his own. Despite being in pain, he is talking normally, is in a good mood. We are very grateful to God that he is recovering. He wants to thank everyone for their prayers and support for him."

The 32-year-old rapper, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, was allegedly attacked by another inmate during a prison storm at the California Reformed Institute in Tehachapi. According to a spokesperson for the California Department of Corrections, the staff immediately activated 911 and started medical help. Peterson was later taken to an outside hospital for further treatment. However, the reason behind the attack is not yet known.
