Actor Manu Punjabi Enthusiastically Shares Insights into His Role in 'Honey Trap Squad'

Actor Manu Punjabi, known for his role as Vicky Agarwal, also referred to as the Accountant, in the series 'Honey Trap Squad', recently shared his enthusiasm about his involvement in the project. Expressing his delight, Manu revealed that he was instantly captivated by the script and his character during the initial reading.

Describing the series as a thrilling narrative, Manu conveyed, "Upon perusing the script and comprehending my character as Vicky Agarwal, responsible for overseeing the financial affairs of individuals in the shadows, I was drawn to 'Honey Trap Squad'. The storyline is compelling and engaging."

Elaborating on his role, Manu further explained, "I portray Vicky Agarwal, the meticulous accountant entangled in the clutches of the Honey Trap Squad after being abducted. Although my character's journey has been relatively concise in this season, subsequent seasons promise to unravel more about him."

Reflecting on the filming process, Manu shared his positive experience of collaborating with Akanksha Puri and the enjoyable atmosphere on set.

Beyond his current endeavor, the actor expressed his desire to delve into more antagonistic roles. He articulated, "I have a penchant for portraying antagonistic characters, akin to the role I essay in this series. Negative roles offer a unique creative thrill that I genuinely relish."

Acknowledging his association with Santosh Gupta from Made in India Pictures, Manu remarked, "My affiliation with Santosh spans over four to five years. He not only serves as a trusted friend but also as a mentor and guiding light within the industry."

Hailing from Jaipur, Manu gained prominence through 'Bigg Boss 10', where he emerged as a significant contestant. While Manveer Gurjar clinched the season's victory, Manu's strong presence and participation earned him recognition as a formidable contender on the show.
