Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked by a robber in his 12th-floor apartment in Bandra late Wednesday night. The attacker stabbed Saif repeatedly with a knife. After the attack, the actor was immediately taken to Lilavati Hospital, where he was immediately operated upon. Doctors have informed that he is out of danger. The incident took place in the 'Satguru Sharan' building around 2.30 am.
Police have registered a case of armed robbery with an attempt to murder or grievous hurt in respect of the attacker. The attacker managed to flee using the stairs of the building. After the incident, the police traced his CCTV footage on the sixth floor and formed 10 teams to trace the attacker.
