Mohanlal, one of the biggest stars in Malayalam cinema, offered an apology to both the event organizers and his fans, as he was unable to participate in a stage show in Sydney, Australia, on Saturday. His inability to participate in the event had to do with the fact that he did not receive a visa to travel there.
In a video message from Singapore, he expressed his disappointment at being unable to attend the show and stated that he does not want to point fingers at anyone.
He began the video by saying, "I am speaking to you from Singapore. I don't know how to express my grief. I am in a very sad state. I have been in the film industry for almost 50 years." I'm probably the actor from India who has performed in the most shows.
He further said, "Everyone with me, including K.S. Chithra, is there. But I don't know, somehow this happened. For the first time in my life, I didn't get a visa. I don't know how this happened. It could be a technical or clerical error, or it could be an AI problem."

He took responsibility, saying, "I'm taking all the blame. I'm telling you it's my mistake. I'm deeply sorry for this."
He expressed his apologies to the people, saying, "I sincerely apologize to each and every one of you who drove from far away to see this show." He promised that the group would perform a show when they returned to Sydney.
On the work front, Mohanlal was last seen in Jeethu Joseph's "Drishyam 3." He has several interesting projects lined up, including "Athimanoharam." The actor is also expected to be seen in cameo roles in Rajinikanth's 'Jailer 2', Prithviraj Sukumaran's 'Khalifa: Part 1 - The Intro' and 'Kathanaar - The Wild Sorcerer'.
