In an interview with India Today, Huma Qureshi confessed that the paparazzi should definitely draw boundaries, which they should respect. But she also admitted that many celebrities invite paparazzi and use them to their advantage. The actress said, "I think they're important too. I won't lie, but we use them when we need to promote our films or reveal a specific aspect of our lives. There have been times when we had to promote our films, so we invited them to premieres. When we want to be seen somewhere, we call them. I don't want to put all the blame on them."

On her relationship with the paparazzi, Huma explained, "My relationship with photographers has grown stronger over the past few years. Whenever I'm not feeling well or don't want to be photographed, I simply politely ask them not to take my pictures, and they usually respect my wishes."

Huma also spoke about issues women in the industry commonly face, such as being asked inappropriate questions or being photographed from the wrong angle. However, the actress acknowledged that some privacy violations are part of this system, but maintaining respect and boundaries is essential. "If you want to invade my privacy, you'll ask questions I don't find appropriate. There's a line people shouldn't cross, but we do. As a woman and an actress, I've experienced it all."

She said, "People who wear cheap, tight pants and carry mobile phones, do they think that just because they have a phone, they can take your picture and say whatever they want? What is their education, their background? Who are they?"
