Akshay has recently hit the headlines, as he spoke about how he is related to Vivek Oberoi and about his opinion regarding family relationships. With this, he revealed that hardly anyone in the industry knows both brothers.
Akshay Oberoi recently participated in a conversation with Free Press Journal, where he talked about his personal and professional life. He said, 'I think I am saying this with full confidence because no one knew that we are relatives. Nobody knew, not even the casting guy. I never used it to my advantage. I never told anybody because what would I have got?'
Further talking, Akshay Oberoi said, 'It was not like I could call them and reach out to them, you know. Unfortunately, I say this not with pride but with sadness that there was no real relationship. So, what would I call them and ask? I just kept on walking on my path.'
