Anil Kapoor, Harshvardhan Acquire ₹5-Crore Apartment in Mumbai’s Prime Bandra West

Bollywood's well-known actor Anil Kapoor has recently made a huge entry in the property sector. As per a report by Square Yards, Anil Kapoor and his son Harshvardhan Kapoor have purchased a high-end flat in Mumbai's upmarket location Bandra West for approximately Rs 5 crore.

Bandra West is regarded as Mumbai's costliest and high-profile real estate sector. Contemporary apartments, old bungalows and business premises are viewed alongside one another here. This is the reason why Bollywood stars, business tycoons, and big investors gather here. The area is well connected to the Western Express Highway, Bandra railway station, and upcoming metro lines. Also, BKC, Lower Parel and International Airport are also close by.

According to the documents registered on the website of IGR Maharashtra, this apartment is located in The Smoky Hill CHS Limited building. Its built-up area is about 1,165 sq ft and carpet area is about 970 sq ft. A garage space is also included in this deal. Stamp duty of about Rs 30 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30 thousand was also paid for the property.

From films like 'Mr. India', 'Ram Lakhan', 'Tezaab' to international films like Slumdog Millionaire and Mission Impossible - Ghost Protocol, he has always won the hearts of the audience. Recently, he has appeared in 'War 2'. At the same time, son Harshvardhan Kapoor made his debut with 'Mirzya' in the year 2016. After this he worked in films like 'Bhavesh Joshi Superhero' and 'Thar'.
