There are some actors within the industry who will work for free just because they get to have the opportunity.

They don't pay anything to them. Even today, the artists are being exploited. If an artist deserves 20 thousand rupees, he will be told that if you want to work then come for 10 thousand. Otherwise, many people are waiting for this opportunity. Rajit Kapur told all these things in an interview to Samdish Bhatia, which is really shocking.

He said that even more worryingly, if a voice is raised against a producer, then there is the possibility that no work will be found in the future. Sharing his experience, he said that he himself has heard that the main actors are given 50% of the budget of a film and the answer for the supporting actors is sir, we don't have money. He said that one of the reasons for less money to the artists is that there is no system or arrangement in the industry for this. No one is ready to fight for the fees of the artists. He said that people do not get money for their work even for 90 days. While talking about OTT, Rajit says of course its arrival has increased the opportunities for work, but that doesn't mean exploitation isn't happening.
