Rupali Ganguly lashed out at Fawad Khan said, 'Your working in Indian films is shameful for us'
Rupali Ganguly, Operation Sindoor: Anupama actress Rupali Ganguly has lashed out at Pakistani actor Fawad Khan. Fawad Khan had called the attack on terrorists by India shameful.
Anupama actress Rupali Ganguly had previously condemned the attack on terrorist camps in Pakistan-administered Kashmir and Pakistan and termed it as a 'shameful attack'. Now, the actress has targeted Pakistani actor Fawad Khan.
Responding to a news about Fawad Khan, Rupali Ganguly tweeted,'Your working in Indian movies was shameful for us as well.' People appreciated this reaction of the actress. Also, condemned the Pakistani actor.
Fawad Khan, who has worked in many Bollywood films including 'Kapoor & Sons' and 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil', posted on Instagram on Wednesday and expressed grief for the terrorists killed after the attack. His post read, 'My deepest condolences to the families of those injured and killed in this shameful attack. I pray for the deceased and their loved ones.' The actor further said, 'A humble request to everyone, stop fuelling the fire with provocative words. It is not worth the lives of innocent people. May better sense prevail.' Fawad's Instagram handle has been blocked in India, and screenshots of his statement went viral.
Not only Fawad Khan, other Pakistani actors spewed venom against India. This includes other Pakistani actresses like Mahira Khan, Hania Aamir, and Sajal Ali. They called India's attack on terrorists cowardly.
Operation Sindoor was a targeted military action against terrorist camps in PoK. In the early hours of Wednesday, May 7, Indian armed forces targeted and attacked nine terror launch pads in Pakistan and PoK in avenging the horrific terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on April 22.
