Paramveer Singh Cheema plays Subedar Nishan Singh in "Border 2." He told ANI, "When I heard the name 'Border', I was happy because it's a big film. However, I had a thought that I might get lost among the big stars." When you think about your journey, you think about how you're going to move forward. In this, I wore a turban. I didn't want people to see me only as a turbaned character.
He revealed that he had a meeting with director Anurag Singh. He shared his concerns with him, and then he was cast in the film. He said, "I come from an army background. My great-grandfather and many family members were in the army. They even served the country during World War II. So, there was a lot of responsibility. 'Border 2' is about patriotism and our soldiers. I had to make sure nothing went wrong." He added that he enjoyed working with Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan.
