Irrfan Khan's wife, Sutapa Sikdar, also remembers her husband. She remembered him on the occasion of Makar Sankranti. Irrfan Khan loved flying kites. He also cut his finger on a kite string, for which he got scolded. Irrfan's wife, Sutapa Sikdar, has posted a photo of her husband along with her post.

Remembering Irrfan Khan in her post, Sutapa Sikdar wrote, "One festival you loved one festival I saw the passion to compete in you. I never saw that expression beating any one in your own profession I saw a different side of you . You taught me how yo fly kites. But I could never match the passion. I would watch and eat everything, from laddus, gajaks, to peanuts!

Sutapa further wrote, "The roof in jaipur misses you irrfan every Rick remembers the thread wrapped in them. The tea kept on the walls . Me constantly I taking stairs from the terrace to ground floor panting and organising things. The wind swept today many kites fell down many rose .. the sky is celebrating your love . And missing you !!!irrfan I sent a kite to you today hoping you would see . Will love you forever !

Famous Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan passed away on April 29, 2020, at the age of 53. He had been battling neuroendocrine tumors for a long time. He starred in such notable films as "Maqbool," "Paan Singh Tomar," "The Lunchbox," and "Life of Pi."
