Ahaan Pandey Opens Up on Instagram Persona, Says It Was a Strategy to Enter Films; ‘Saiyaara’ Becomes a Blockbuster Debut

Recently, Ahaan Pandey became a star with his debut film 'Saiyaara'. Everyone liked his performance in the film, and the film made record-breaking earnings at the box office. This is the reason why both the lead actors of the film, Ahan Pandey and Anit Padda, became new sensations among the youth. During the promotion of the film, director Mohit Suri described Ahaan as a TikToker. Now, Ahaan talked about his Instagram personality before the release of the film.

During a conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, Ahaan said that when I was active on Instagram, my personality on it was not the same as I was in reality. It was what I felt I had to become to get the attention of the film fraternity so that I could get work. It is a personality that I adopted.

Talking about his character Krish in 'Saiyaara', Ahaan Panday further said, "This is not a character I thought I would do. The one I used to audition for was softer, fun, full of energy and positivity, like the boy next door. You don't want Krish in the neighborhood."

Talking about Ahaan's debut film 'Saiyaara', directed by Mohit Suri, the film was released in theaters on July 18. The film is a musical love story. Anit Padda has also made his Bollywood debut with the film. The film became a surprise hit at the box office and is now counted among blockbusters.
