The film 'Homebound' will be screened at TIFF's Gala Presentation from 4 to 14 September. Directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, the film has had its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival 2025, where it was highly appreciated. Karan Johar's Dharma Productions has produced this film.

They want to get rid of their marginalized identity. Both dream that the job of police constable will give them respect. Chandan meets Sudha Bharti (Janhvi Kapoor), who inspires him to study. At the same time, Shoaib is struggling with financial crisis due to his father's illness. The two friends face disappointment from a system that is stacked against them.
