On Instagram, Rajesh expressed his condolences on the actor's passing and called it a huge loss for the Indian entertainment industry.
Describing Satish Shah as a father figure to him, Rajesh Kumar wrote on Instagram, "This is the worst time for me. I still can't accept that Satish ji is no more. All I can say is that it feels like I've lost my father. He was a man full of humor, who made a distinct mark for himself as an actor." This is a huge loss for the industry and for us (Sarabhai's family). Let us pray for his departed soul and keep him in our prayers.' Rajesh Kumar, fondly addressing Satish Shah as 'Kaka', wrote, 'RIP Kaka.'
The entire industry is mourning the death of Satish Shah. From Karan Johar and Farah Khan to Johnny Lever, many in the industry have remembered Satish Shah and expressed their grief over his passing. Satish Shah's body will lie in state at his home on October 26th from 10 am to 11 am. He will then be cremated at the Pawan Hans crematorium in Mumbai at 12 noon.
